We get this question often - how close are you to the beach? Only a 4.5 minute walk through the closest access point! Very close to Salinas Park for easiest beach access, literally just across the street from the bay boardwalk access, and about 200' from the pickleball courts, playground, and bay dock of Salinas Park.
Golf carts are allowed on the beach (with permit, which comes with most rentals) but they're not allowed on Cape San Blas Rd... so be careful!
